Port WordPress Theme To Posterous

I am looking to customize a Posterous theme to mimic the theme of an existing WordPress site. The WordPress site can be found at www.showbizsandbox.com.

The idea would be to have a blog link on the WordPress site that goes to the Posterous site. This is the same concept as the Holy Kaw blog on Alltop.

Is there anyone out there that can help me?
