I looked around and didn't see a topic for this. I'm not sure if it should be in "Theme Support" or "General" so I'm taking a stab here:

Can I get rid of this:

Without getting rid of the ability to comment and have those comments tweeted? I don't need it to show who the poster is, the tag it's filed under, or the date either.

You can do this by editing the theme html. Manage Theme > Advanced > Enable advanced theming, but this will require a little bit of html knowledge.
