Add Author Photo combine elements of 2 themes

I have 2 posterous blogs - http://rancholapuert...g.posterous.com uses Ginza theme and http://lifestylebloggers.com uses Tabby theme. I would like to have the author name and photo come under the post like in the Ginza theme for my new site. I'm a novice at CSS. I've tried copying the author section of code, but the author comment came in above the post (looked funny) and didn't seem to recognize me as the author when I emailed in the post.

Can you help me pretty please.

I will roll this into an update I'll be making to the Tabby theme this week. Stay tuned...
