Hi everybody,
I am trying to align an image to the left of my content. I tried using align="left" in the HTML editor, and also using style="float:left;", but none of them work.
How can I align an image to the left or to the right of some block of text?
Thanks in advance.

I usually wrap it in a div and use a CSS float.
For example, on this post, I wrapped the image in a div and placed it at the top of the post: http://clip2net.cory...418401_88Kb.jpg

Thank you Cory. That's one way to do it. I wish there was a more friendly way for those who don't know HTML or CSS. I hadn't tried and it solved my problem for now. I aligned the image to the right and had to add 6 pixels of left margin so the image would not be so tied up to the content. You can see the post here: http://placerdigital.net/17441527
(BTW: that's a weird URL for a post. I don't know why Posterous didn't use words, as usual, instead of that ugly "17441527"....)
Do you think it is fine with that margin or can suggest something better? Do you have any idea about the URL issue?
Best wishes,
Ricardo from Chile

I miss this option too... This should be a basic edition; can not understand why it´s not possible 4 month later than the day this post was made.
