greetings.
first post.
love this site. hope it takes off as much as posterous. is it because of the new format (email=blog) that it is impossible to find noobie-oriented info on posterous? probably.
i love you all. i want you to know. you're valuable.
however. I can NOT figure how to have an image behind certain (not all) posts on my posterous. since i am hoping to use posterous as an outlet for info on several bands, this tactic was GOING to help me differentiate between posts; most will not apply to the next.
I want content with a background (url) behind it. it works in the page preview. it will NOT WORK! AGH.
help.

Are you saying you are working some css magic to use background-image to have an image behind a post? Works in the editor but not on the live site? And are you hosting your images on your own server or how are you doing that?
