File Description

One of the current limitations of Posterous is that there is no support for additional pages like an About page. Tabby sets out to fix that. Tabby is a unique theme that uses Posterous Tags as site navigation (similar to what you see on themes.posterous.com. For example, the tabs you see across the top of the theme are tags. This way, you can essentially create different pages for your site by using tags. This theme isn't for everybody, but for those who want to create additional pages, this might be what you're looking for.

I created Tabby from one of the old themes I used to use on my own Posterous.

You can download the theme file from here for free if you're a registered member of Posterize.us.

is there a way to tag via email posts?

Also, in order to achieve individual posts AND an "all posts" tab, would you need to tag it with both tags?

ok, well, figured out the first question. But can we tag in email posts?

Yep, you tag via email by adding ((tags:starbucks,vanguard)) to your subject. There's a reference guide out there somewhere.

Everything will always show up on the All Posts tab - think of it as unfiltered.

Could you make light (white) version of this beautiful template? I like the interface of this one but i prefer white background

Hitting the box with Edit | Delete | Tag options is very hard. It's displayed as long as I hover over the heading or the body text but once I move my cursor over to it, it goes away. Is there a trick?

I second @Newbie - I would LOVE a lighter theme for this.

The theme is ok but really what I love is the tabbed navigation. Is the code for the navigation something you could add into other themes? I've been reading through trying to figure out if I can snip just that part out of this theme and drop it into mine but I can't figure it out.

I'm new here & I LOVE the Tabby Theme. Have couple ques re: customizing it. How can i get my pages to show up on top instead of tags? How can i change the font color of the header? Also can i add an image to the header?
